Minehunter Rudders
Structural Composites developed the Resin Injection Recirculation Molding process used to make state-of-the-art composite rudders for the Navy's Mine Countermeasure (MCM) class. The rudders have been subjected to under water explosion shock (UNDEX) testing and passed without a single failure. The composite rudders not only achieved the critically needed weight reduction, but afforded the Navy a significant reduction in rudder acquisition cost as well.

Shipboard Ducting
Structural Composites is working to advance the technology for complex molds and composite component fabrication for ducting aboard U.S. Navy ships.

Prototype Floor Panel and Fire Wall
Structural Composites is often called upon to lend its expertise to a variety of military and commercial R&D projects.

Light Weight Composite Panels For Military Buildings
